Contract Establishment with Schools & Facilities

Our partnership begins with a thorough consultation to understand your specific needs. We offer tastings for up to 15 people at your location and conduct a required site visit to determine kitchen setup and optimal delivery times. We work closely with your administration to develop a comprehensive service agreement that covers all aspects of your meal program. This includes determining meal counts, service times, delivery schedules, special dietary accommodations, and budget considerations.

Our contracts are designed to be clear and transparent, establishing expectations for both parties while ensuring compliance with all federal and state requirements for school and childcare meal programs. Please note our timeline requires 2 weeks to schedule and process contracts before meal delivery can begin. We provide all necessary food licensing documentation and credentials as part of our service. We handle the paperwork and regulatory details so you can focus on your core mission.

Once we understand your facility's needs, our nutrition team creates customized menus tailored specifically for your population.
